Abstract
This study investigated the influence of catch trial (CT) occurrence and foreperiod variation on reaction time and movement time of children of different ages. 48 children were randomly assigned to a CT group or a no-CT group. All received randomly ordered foreperiods. The presence of CTs and varying foreperiods played an inhibitory role in the motor performance of children.Entities:
