95% CIs are based on parametric methods, using SEs from the bootstrap replicates and a t distribution with degrees of freedom v=(M−1) (1+r−1)2, where r is the ratio of the between-imputation component of the variance and the within-imputation component of the variance, and M is the number of imputed data sets.22
