Abstract
The following report presents a case of a patient with high residual apnea-hypopnea index at 6 months following implantation of an upper airway stimulation device who improved significantly after advanced titration via drug-induced sedated endoscopy by changing the electrode configuration for stimulation from bipolar to monopolar.
