Abstract
A case of a ruptured metastatic aneurysm of choriocarcinoma is reported. The fourteen other cases of the literature are summarized. The pathological significance of this rare presentation of metastatic disease is discussed. The treatment of choice is defined as excision followed by chemotherapy and whole brain irradiation. The prognosis remains poor.Entities:
