Abstract
We describe a rare case of a patient who had a spontaneously ruptured pineal epidermoid cyst concurrent with a thalamic germinoma. Computed tomographic scans led to the detection of both tumors. A definite diagnosis of the free fat in the ventricle was made by its movable feature and characteristic absorption value on computed tomographic scan. Surgical treatment produced a good result.Entities:
