Abstract
BACKGROUND: The UK Lung Cancer Screening (UKLS) trial is a randomised pilot trial of low-dose CT (LDCT) screening for individuals at high risk of lung cancer. We assessed the long-term psychosocial impact on individuals participating in the UKLS trial.Entities:

Numbers vary in each cell due to missing data.
†n=13 excluded at T1 due to discrepancies in the classification of baseline CT scan results.

†n=267 were excluded at T2 if they had no baseline scan, had a MDT referral but no lung cancer diagnosed, were awaiting scan or results, or had results that were not classified.
