PD-1 Axis Inhibitors in EGFR- and ALK-Driven Lung Cancer: Lost Cause?

Scott Gettinger1, Katerina Politi2.

Abstract

Programmed death axis 1 (PD-1) inhibitors have ushered in a new error of cancer immunotherapeutics for advanced smoking-associated non-small cell lung cancer. Their role in treating EGFR-mutant and ALK-rearranged lung cancer has yet to be determined.
