Running Backward May Help Athletes Move Forward.

Abstract

Some competitive and recreational athletes are running backward, believing that the activity will improve their ability to run forward. Crazy? Maybe not. Some researchers are finding that backward running may be an effective adjunct to forward running for both conditioning and rehabilitation.
