The value of fibular autografts in block resection of bone tumours and tumour like conditions.

Abstract

Sixteen patients, aged between 6 and 29 years, underwent en bloc resection for bone tumour or tumour like conditions, supplemented by a fresh fibular autograft. The patients were observed for between 3 and 9 years showing considerable regeneration ability in the grafted fibula.
