Abstract
Severe bullous skin reactions like Stevens-Johnson syndrome (SJS), toxic epidermal necrolysis (TEN) and generalized bullous fixed drug eruption (GBFDE) are rare, but occasionally fatal diseases which are mainly induced by drugs. We report about 2 women who both developed severe bullous skin reactions after domestic falls. Despite knowing the causative drug and having an allergy identification, both patients suffered from a secondary event after unintentional re-exposure.Entities:
