Abstract
This report describes an adrenal myelolipoma occurring in a 39-year-old man first noted incidentally by computed tomography (CT). The radiographic findings of this neoplasm are briefly discussed and magnetic resonance (MR) imaging of myelolipoma is also described. Myelolipomas can be distinguished from nonfunctioning adenomas by differences in signal intensity on T2-weighted images.Entities:
