Abstract
Transcervical approaches are well-described procedures. However, they are performed in a limited number of experienced centers. Transcervical lobectomies are even rarer. However, these lobectomy cases defined in the literature are performed through a collar incision with the aid of a sternal retractor. The case presented here describes the first right upper lobectomy through videomediastinoscopy without sternal elevation.Mesh:
