Abstract
A computer program was made for the statistical analysis of a large number of abnormal karyotypes and for studies on the relationship between chromosomal abnormalities and clinical features of diseases. The program is based on the disintegration of abnormal karyotypes and the identification of types of abnormalities, chromosome numbers, and breakpoints on chromosomes. The frequencies of abnormalities could be tabulated in a given population according to type, chromosome number, and breakpoints.Entities:
