Abstract
Minimally invasive cardiac surgery/coronary artery bypass grafting (MICS CABG) is performed through a small 2 inch left thoracotomy incision. Lung isolation is must during MICS CABG. Oxygenation with one-lung ventilation can be difficult, especially during supine position. We report a case of a 53-year-old male patient who underwent MICS CABG with the selective lobar blockade.Entities:
