R F Clark1, L M Popky, T C Evans.

Abstract

We present a case of spontaneous four-extremity extensor tendon rupture in a patient with chronic renal failure. The occurrence of spontaneous ruptures in all four extremities is previously undescribed. We discuss the pathogenesis, physical and radiographic characteristics, and management.
