Abstract
A case of brain metastasis from transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder that attained complete remission by methotrexate-vinblastine-adriamycin-cisplatin (M-VAC) therapy was reported. The patient was a 53-year-old male, already treated with total cystectomy and CAP therapy against pulmonary metastasis, which disappeared completely. At 8 months after complete remission of pulmonary metastasis, brain metastasis was found. One course of M-VAC therapy brought a complete remission persisting for 7 months. He is alive with no relapse.Entities:
