Congenital pulmonary arteriovenous fistula with haemothorax in a neonate.

Abstract

Report on a neonate with congenital pulmonary arteriovenous fistula of the left lower lobe. Haemothorax developed after a spontaneous rupture of dilated vessels, requiring an urgent lobectomy. The lobe was composed of numerous cavernous lesions and dilated vessels.
