Abstract
A case of lymphangiomyoma, manifested by chylous ascites, in a 32 year-old woman is presented. Treatment with dietary fat restriction supplemented with medium chain triglycerides was successful, and the patient has remained free from chylous effusions for nearly two years.Entities:
