Abstract
Two children with progressive diaphyseal dysplasia (Engelmann's disease) were initially diagnosed as having a neuromuscular disorder because of their clinical presentations of muscle weakness, a waddling gait, and limb pain. Radiographs revealed the characteristic radiographic changes.Entities:
