Abstract
A 45-year-old obese woman diagnosed with morphea on her leg, presented with a 7-year history of cutaneous depressions on her thigh, chest, and back. She recalled that the lesions followed a three-phase course: edema, hardening, and atrophy. Clinical examination revealed a cutaneous indurated depression localized to the thigh, chest, and the back (Figure 1).Entities:
