Abstract
Few experiences exist in minimally invasive cardiac surgery for the treatment of double-valve disease. We report our early experience in 69 patients, describing postoperative results. The introduction of sutureless aortic prostheses has implemented this treatment option, with a significant reduction of cardiopulmonary bypass and cross-clamp times.Entities:
