Fig. 2Time-killing plots for BV and SBV against Candida albicans KCTC 7965 strain. Fungal cells were incubated with 100 μg/mL of BV, 50 μg/mL of SBV and 1 μg/mL of amphotericin B which was used as a positive control. Viability was determined every 2 hours by using CFUs and was expressed as a percent survival. The error bars represent the SD values for two independent experiments performed in duplicate.
