ACTH – adrenocorticotropic hormone, FSH – follicle-stimulating hormone, GH – growth hormone, PRL – prolactin, TSH – thyroid-stimulating hormone. Data are presented as median (interquartile range) and were tested by Mann-Whitney U test for pair-wise comparison or Kruskal-Wallis test.
Mann-Whitney U test was performed for post-hoc test. Significant level was adjusted to 0.01 for variables with the number of post-hoc tests < 10 or to 0.005 for variables with the number of post-hoc tests > 10.
There were 4 missing data found in patients without meningeal invasion.
Indicates significant difference among various groups, p < 0.05.
