Abstract
Self-assembly of two-dimensional (2D) nanosheets and one-dimensional (1D) nanorods into three-dimensional (3D) double-sided comb-like ZnO nanostructures has been successfully performed via a simple one-step hydrothermal method on Si and ITO substrates. It is found that the thickness of the ZnO seeds plays a vital role in the formation of 3D double-sided comb-like ZnO.Entities:
