Abstract
Ruptured fetal ovarian cysts are difficult to diagnose. We report on ultrasonograms recorded before and immediately after spontaneous rupture of fetal ovarian cysts followed by transient ascites. Ultrasound findings of transient ascites accompanied by rapid reduction in cyst size could aid in diagnosing rupture of fetal ovarian cysts.Entities:
