Abstract
A pregnant Japanese female was referred to our hospital due to intrauterine fetal growth restriction. A prenatal diagnosis of right pulmonary agenesis could be made using ultrasonography and fetal magnetic resonance imaging, and a Caesarian section was performed at 34 weeks of gestation. The infant developed a respiratory disorder immediately, received systemic management in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU), and was discharged at age of 103 days without any severe sequelae.Entities:
