Herein, relative expression quantity was calculated as follows: ΔCt of pneumoconiosis=Ct target gene in pneumoconiosis group - Ct reference genes in the pneumoconiosis group. ΔCt of control group=Ct of target gene in control group - Ct reference genes. ΔΔCt=Ct pneumoconiosis group - Ct control group, 2-ΔΔCt is the relative mRNA expression of target gene of pneumoconiosis group relative to the control group. The target gene was IL-6, IRF2 and PTGS2, respectively.
