Abstract
Posterolateral fracture fragments in tibial plateau fractures have proven to be particularly difficult to reduce and adequately repair internally through anterior or anterolateral approaches, although they are safer. Posterior and posterolateral approaches offer a direct approach for the reduction and fixation of plates, but they have several limitations. Here, we have proposed a modified anterolateral approach, which ensures a safe and effective technique for the reduction and fixation of posterolateral fracture fragments, aided by our innovative rim plate.Entities:
