Abstract
A man with chronic granulomatous disease had severe gingivitis and ulcerous lesions in the buccal mucosa and palatal plate. After the use of good hygiene procedures, his condition improved greatly. It is possible that oral symptoms reported in this disease are due in part to accumulations of plaque. A review of the literature on chronic granulomatous disease is included.Entities:
