Abstract
A unique case of a 14-year-old girl with malignant lymphocytic lymphoma of the uterus clinically misdiagnosed as sarcoma botyroides is presented. Total abdominal hysterectomy was performed followed by limited chemotherapy. The patient is asymptomatic and without clinical evidence of tumor 38 months after the onset of symptoms.Entities:
