Abstract
We present a case of hemispherical spondylosclerosis (HSS) in a middle-aged woman with low back pain. The plain radiographic findings, CT and MR appearance, and pathological examination are described, and the difficulties encountered in differentiating HSS from malignancy and infection are discussed.Entities:
