Objectives and criteria for the management of cleft lip and palate and the delivery of management services.

This is a report of the proceedings of a conference convened for the purpose of identifying objectives of cleft lip and palate treatment and criteria for systems by which the treatment is delivered. A major feature of the report is the consideration of the interdisciplinary approach which is required for effective treatment of the problem.
