Abstract
There is no malocclusion in the adult that cannot be treated as well with esthetic appliances as with the conventional metal brackets. In a study about adult orthodontic patients. Breece and Nieberg found that most people wait until they are adults to start treatment because no one recommended it previously. It is essential that the dental practitioner understand the positive psychological impact of esthetic appliances upon the attitude of the adult and recommend that the adult needing orthodontic treatment enjoy the benefits of these technologic advances in esthetics and comfort.Entities:
