Tuberculous osteomyelitis of the mandible with pathologic fracture.

Abstract

A case of disseminated miliary tuberculosis with a lesion of the left side of the mandible leading to pathologic fracture has been presented. The primary medications and the basic principles of treatment have been reviewed.
