Abstract
A method is described for labeling proteins with 99mTc, the radionuclide of choice in diagnostic nuclear medicine. Labeling efficiency, stability of label attachment and retained biological behaviour, e.g. immunoreactivity of monoclonal antibodies after radiolabeling are demonstrated. An application of a 99mTc-labeled anti-fibrin monoclonal antibody in radioimmunoimaging of thrombi is presented.Entities:
