Abstract
BACKGROUND: Arthroscopy of the temporomandibular joint (TMJ) is a minimally invasive and safe procedure; nevertheless, some accidents and complications have been described in the literature. CASE REPORT: The purpose of this article is to describe a case report of a patient that progressed to paralysis of the abducens nerve after a TMJ arthroscopy procedure.Entities:
