Primary testicular manifestation of systemic lupus erythematosus.

M W Kuehn1, R Oellinger, G Kustin, K H Merkel.

Abstract

The case of a patient with a hitherto unknown primary testicular manifestation of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is reported. Findings on scrotal palpation and sonography suggested the presence of a testicular tumor. Histological examination of the testicular biopsy and immune status did not confirm the clinical diagnosis but demonstrated SLE.
