Abstract
Xanthogranulomatous pyelonephritis (XGP) and malakoplakia (MKP) are chronic inflammatory condition of kidney characterized by infiltration of inflammatory cells. We are presenting a rare case of concomitant XGP and MKP in the same kidney. This signifies that the two are different spectrums of the same disease process.Entities:
