Abstract
A 5-day-old boy presented with cellulitis-like, fluctuant lesions since birth. Clinically, subcutaneous fat necrosis was suspected, but an infective lesion could not be excluded. By performing a fine-needle aspiration biopsy, a diagnosis was established within minutes.Entities:
