Abstract
We present an unusual case of multiple intracranial meningeal nodules in a 30-year-old man. Histologically, the nodules consisted predominantly of plasma cells, histiocytes, and lymphoid cells with Russell bodies and emperipolesis. Emperipolesis may be a clue to understanding the pathogenesis of the process that has features consistent with so-called sinus histiocytosis with massive lymphadenopathy in the extranodal location.Entities:
