Abstract
Contagion of self-mutilation was studied in a treatment program for disturbed adolescents. Statistical analyses and a sociogram revealed that 1) episodes of contagion were significantly associated with specific pairs of subjects, and 2) a few subjects were identified as being at the center of most of the contagion activity.Mesh:
