Chilblain-like leukaemia cutis.

Abstract

Chilblain, also known as pernio, is an abnormal inflammatory response to cold, moist environmental conditions. Persistent or atypical lesions should prompt investigation to exclude underlying systemic illness. We describe a case of acute myeloid leukaemia that presented with chilblain-like leukaemia cutis. 2016 BMJ Publishing Group Ltd.
