Gastric intramural pseudocyst: computed tomographic diagnosis.

The authors describe a case of pancreatic pseudocyst presenting as an intramural gastric mass on upper gastrointestinal examination (UGI) and computed tomography (CT) of the abdomen. The correct diagnosis of this rare entity was suggested preoperatively on the basis of the radiographic findings presented herein.
