Abstract
Intrathoracic teratomas are difficult to diagnose on chest radiographs if they are noncalcified and located in an atypical site. We report an unusual case of posterior mediastinal teratoma that involved the esophageal wall. Features noted on computed tomography (CT) of the chest and barium examination of the esophagus are herein presented.Entities:
