Abstract
INTRODUCTION: Quick release bromocriptine (BROM-QR), currently approved for glycemic control, reduces the risk of cardiovascular events in adults with type-2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). This study evaluates the effect of BROM-QR on homocysteine (HOMC) and high sensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), the biochemical markers of coronary atherosclerosis/inflammation, in patients with uncontrolled T2DM.Entities:
