Abstract
A case of mucormycosis in an AIDS patient is reported. The infection was located in the skin and knee joint after open trauma of the left thigh. Cunninghamella bertholletiae was isolated. The prognosis of this infection is ominous in patients with AIDS because of their precarious immunologic status.Entities:
