Abstract
The results of tympanoplasty performed for noncholesteatomatous chronic otitis in children aged 2 to 14 years are described. The authors report that the stability of hearing was excellent; they found hearing to be equally good in young children and in older children. Tympanic membrane perforation can be closed at any age. There is no age limit below which perforation should not be closed.Entities:
