Abstract
Lymphangiomas are rare benign proliferations of the lymphatic system. Three types are generally acknowledged: circumscriptum (or capillary), cavernous, and cystic. The management of these lesions depends on type, size, and anatomical location. We present a case of cavernous lymphangioma of the right labium majus in a young woman with no history of radiation therapy or other pathology, which was treated by wide resection.Entities:
