Abstract
Posterior instability is a rare entity in which subluxation is much more common than dislocation. This problem should be assessed and treated by someone particularly interested in shoulder problems. Reconstruction produces fairly high recurrence and complication rates. Accurate preoperative patient selection and improved surgical procedures and techniques are required to maximize success.Entities:
