Figure 1MRI brain at presentation (a-c) showed gyral enhancement and FLAIR hyperintensity in the left temporoparietal lobe. Follow-up MRI brain (d-f) showed resolution of enhancement and signal abnormality in the left temporopariteal lobe, however there is significant atrophy of the left temporoparietal lobe. Right cerebellar gliosis corresponds to surgical resection site of prior medulloblastoma
